Cancellations / Rescheduling

Sessions may be canceled and refunded provided the cancellation is made and confirmed by me at least 3 days prior to the appointment.  Beyond 7 days prior to the appointment, the session may only be rescheduled.  If the session is canceled within 3 days of the scheduled appointment, the session will not be refunded.

Rescheduling may be done once free of charge and must be received and confirmed by me with at least 24-hour notice.  Subsequent rescheduling will incur a $25 fee for each occurrence.

If you or any participant in the session is sick, please reschedule your session.  The first reschedule is free of charge.

If you are late to the session by more than 15 minutes, I may have to reschedule you depending on whether I have another appointment that would overlap.  If this is the first reschedule there will be no fee.  If not, there will be a $25 fee for the rescheduling.

If you are running late, please contact me ASAP.  I will try to accommodate you if possible but if I am unable to do so I'd rather be able to tell you before you arrive so that you can avoid an unnecessary trip.

If you do not show up for a session and did not cancel or reschedule the session, the session will be canceled and will not be refunded.  PLEASE... do not be a "no show" for the session.
